📦 Turnaround Time

Our standard production turnaround is 7–10 business days from the time your order is approved and deposit is received. Turnaround times may vary depending on time of year. Rush services may be available depending on the scope of your project—just ask!

Note: Production time does not include shipping time.

🚚 Shipping Methods

We ship nationwide via trusted carriers such as UPS (Preferred), FedEx, and USPS. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Standard Ground Shipping – 1–5 business days
Express Shipping – 1–2 business days
Local Pickup (Charlotte, NC) – Available by appointment

📍 Local Pickup

If you’re near our shop in Charlotte, North Carolina, we offer free local pickup. We’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready and coordinate a convenient time for pickup.

🌎 International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping through the website. For international orders, please contact us directly at 704-966-4000 for a custom quote.

📦 Packaging & Fulfillment

We take care to package all products securely to prevent damage during transit. If you receive an order that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery so we can look into matter.
